All items are handmade in small batches.

This means:

• Slight variations in color, shape, size, or pattern are normal.
   
• Product photos represent the general design, but every piece is unique.
  By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these handmade characteristics.
   
• Photos are intended to represent the general appearance of each product but may not display colors or details with complete accuracy. Lighting, screen settings, and handmade variations may cause subtle differences.

When you place an order, you agree that:

• All information you provide is accurate and complete.
   
• You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
   
• Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time without notice.
  We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or availability issues.
   

Because we are a small-batch handmade business:

• Processing times are typically 3-7 business days, unless otherwise stated.
   
• Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
   
• Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.
   

We are not responsible for:

• Delivery delays
   
• Lost or stolen packages
   
• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
   

If you need help with an order issue, email us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Due to hygiene and the handmade nature of our products:

• All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
   

For damaged items:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
   
• We will offer a replacement (if available) or store credit.
   

Cancellations:

• Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase unless the item has already shipped.
   

Custom orders:

• Custom or personalized items are non-refundable and non-cancelable once in production.
   

Polymer clay jewelry is durable but not indestructible.

By purchasing, you agree to follow recommended care instructions:

• Avoid water, harsh chemicals, lotions, and perfumes.
   
• Store in a cool, dry place.
  
• Do not bend or drop
   
• Keep out of reach of young children and pets.

  Handmade with polymer clay
  Nickel free hardware
   

We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper care or handling.

All designs, photos, product descriptions, branding, and content on this site are the intellectual property of All My Marbles and Vickie Jernigan.

• Claim as your own any content or designs from our shop.
   

We reserve the right to take action against unauthorized use.

Any promotions, coupon codes, or sales:

• Cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
